MD) The Maryland Chapter
of the National Association of Industrial and Office
Properties (NAIOP-MD) today announced the
launch of the Chapter's Web site (www.naiopmd.org).
The site will allow commercial real estate professionals
to keep up-to-date with news concerning Maryland commercial
real estate industry, NAIOP-MD events, and legislative
affairs.
"We're
pleased to unveil NAIOPMD.org, which we hope will serve
as a useful resource for commercial real estate professionals
to keep track of events that affect them," said
NAIOP-MD Executive Director, Thomas C. Shaner. "We
also feel the site will give these professionals a better
idea of the benefits of membership and participation
in the Maryland Chapter of NAIOP."
The
site features a calendar of events and seminars for
those interested in the management and development of
office properties, as well as information on NAIOP-MD's
continuing education events such as the 2003 Market
Update to take place February 13 at the Sheppard Pratt
Conference Center in Towson.
Another
exciting feature is the NAIOP-MD Newsroom, a ready resource
for print and broadcast reporters and editors to find
out the latest news about the chapter and Maryland's
commercial real estate industry in generall. It will
also contain background fact sheets, a database of experts
on office properties and commercial real estate, and
an image gallery with high resolution photographs and
graphics ready for print.
