The
13th Annual NAIOP Golf Outing has been scheduled for Monday,
May 8, 2006, at the Towson Golf and Country Club Eagle's
Nest located at 12801 Stone Hill Road, Phoenix, MD 21131.
We anticipate that Eagle's Nest will be in excellent condition
for our May 8 event.
To
say thank you to our members, we are opening the event only
to this limited group. Only members may purchase a spot
in the outing. Each foursome needs two NAIOP individual
members in order to play. Of course, two guests are welcome
within a foursome. This year we will play a four person,
two best ball format, meaning each person will play their
own ball. At this time, we will be taking reservations only
on a foursome basis (limited to 24), at a cost of $1,200
per foursome.
As with past years, all proceeds
from the Outing will be used to support NAIOP's legislative
programs in Annapolis. With the constant threat
of restrictive development legislation, NAIOP's legislative
efforts in Annapolis should be a priority to all of us who
rely on the development industry for our livelihood.
The
Outing promises to be an extremely worthwhile event in terms
of sharpening your game, supporting NAIOP's legislative
programs, developer networking, and, most importantly, good
fellowship.

Awards Presentation
$1,200 per foursome includes putting and chipping
clinic, guest fees, golf carts, favors and prizes,
buffet lunch, drink cart, cocktails and hors
d'oeuvres.
A four man, two best ball format will be utilized
with prizes awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
place finishers. Longest Drive and Closest to
the Pin prizes will also be awarded.

Form and your check for $1,200

All foursomes must include two individual NAIOP
