  • Interstate 97 South to exit 10a Benfield Blvd / Severna Park
  • Continue on Benfield Blvd 2.5 miles to Jumpers Hole Rd (BB&T Bank
    on the right & Citco/7-11 on the left)
  • Stay on Benfield Blvd .04 tenths mile to Severn Road on right
  • Turn right onto Severn Road (Bluff Point & Rivendell)
  • Go two blocks down and pass dead end sign; continue straight down the hill.
  • At bottom of hill turn right over causeway
  • Go through gate & continue straight to the end of the road
    “First View - St. John”

From Annapolis

  • Interstate 97 North to exit 10 Benfield Blvd / Severna Park
  • Turn left on Veterans Hwy then right onto Benfield Blvd
  • Continue on Benfield Blvd 2.5 miles to Jumpers Hole Rd (BB&T Bank
    on the right & Citco/7-11 on the left)
  • Stay on Benfield Blvd .04 tenths mile to Severn Road on right
  • Turn right onto Severn Road (Bluff Point & Rivendell)
