The Maryland Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) serves as the Forum for Maryland's Commercial Real Estate. We represent the interests of developers and owners of industrial, office and related commercial real estate throughout Maryland.

Bringing the area's commercial real estate professionals together the Maryland Chapter of NAIOP offers a full compliment of services for its membership, including monthly programs, an annual awards program, annual and mid-year real estate forecasts, member education, and legislative representation.

The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties is the nation’s leading trade association for developers, owners, investors and other professionals in industrial, office and mixed-use commercial real estate. Founded in 1967, NAIOP comprises 15,000+ members in 54 chapters throughout North America. NAIOP provides networking opportunities, educational programs, research on trends and innovations and strong legislative representation.

In addition to the great opportunities at the local level to enhance their business through educational programs, networking and government affairs, members can also get involved at the national level — by attending conferences for continuing education, participating in National Forums for professional development and working to advance legislative initiatives like real estate taxation issues on Capitol Hill.
