95 - Building II
Merritt Properties, LLC
6518 Meadowridge Road is the second of four buildings to complete
the office park of Meadowridge 95. This two story, 68,208 SF
+/- LEED Core & Shell Pre Certified Silver Class A Office
building features numerous environmental and occupant friendly
components. This high performance building is specifically designed
to minimize energy consumption and optimize occupant comfort.
An enhanced building envelope coupled with energy efficient
rooftop air handlers and boiler package resulted in a 28% design
energy reduction. Our unique underfloor air distribution system
provides fresh air stratification and excellent individual control
for the building occupants. Water efficient fixtures and drought
tolerant landscaping have accounted for a building and irrigation
water consumption reduction of 37% and 50 %, respectively. This
project is slated to achieve exemplary performance in the use
of Green Power and Indoor Air Quality Standards.
