The
League for People with Disabilities
RTKL Associates, Inc.
While the League for People with Disabilities was actively promoting
its mission of providing opportunities for independence for
persons with disabilities, its Baltimore headquarters was in
need of a renovation that would give the League a greater presence
in the local community. RTKL replaced solid walls with glass
panels that allow an abundance of natural light and help to
create a more, open engaging environment. The design brought
together the various programming areas, administrative workspaces,
a wellness center, pool and a courtyard in the 50,000 SF space. |
