Real Estate Group, LLC
Fairfield Business Park located in the Fairfield submarket of
south Baltimore City is a former Conoco Phillips iron ore depot
totaling 22 acres. Chesapeake Real Estate Group purchased the
property in 2005 for industrial redevelopment. After reaching
a build-to-suit agreement with Waste Management for a new 22,000
square foot industrial building on 12 acres, the developer subdivided
the property and constructed the new Baltimore operation for
Waste Management's office and truck repair facility. The new
owner took occupancy in late 2007 after relocating from Elkridge.
The remaining 10 acres was leased to Xtra Leasing, who relocated
from elsewhere in Fairfield and began utilizing the site for
their local truck leasing operation in mid-2007.
