Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, LLP, a global law firm based
in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area, was seeking to
consolidate existing work floors and add new amenity spaces
in one of their key regional locations. RTKL was commissioned
to achieve these objectives, and in the process, to create a
design scheme that would maximize openness and strengthen the
firm's identity. The renovation of the 89,000 SF office included
the addition of glass partitions for both privacy and an abundance
of natural light and conference center spaces that offer panoramic
views out of the building.
