CBS Radio moved into the Bare Hills Corporate Center (27,779
square feet) in June 2006. It was a one year journey moving
CBS from a highly inefficient five story office building into
a new cutting edge single story flex complex, satisfying all
the requirements of a multi-functional radio broadcasting station:
The facility contains the corporate offices, advertising, marketing,
and five state-of-the-art recording studios in an open floor
plan with exposed utility services. The radio station conducts
digital broadcasting through an 80 foot monopole antenna and
has complete emergency broadcasting capabilities. Continental
Realty is proud of the entire development team's accomplishments.
