Gateway Exchange II, a five story, 125,000 sf office building
which is partially served by an adjacent new four level parking
structure, serves as the corporate Headquarters for Corporate
Office Properties Trust. The buildings premier location at the
entrance to the Columbia Gateway Business Park necessitated
the use of upgraded materials and design. The buildings exterior
is a combination of architectural precast in a limestone finish,
along with generous amounts of curtain wall glass in a unique
composition. The building also features a combination of ribbon
windows and punch window openings as well as full height metal
fins. The property also features a hardscape area complete with
outdoor seating.
