4694 Millennium Dr. is the third mid-rise office building at Water's Edge Corporate Campus in Belcamp, Maryland. The newly opened, five-story Class A office building offers 100,000 square feet of space overlooking the Bush River. The brick and metal structure with coated glass windows features an energy efficient HVAC system and state-of-the-art office and technical facilities including video conferencing, fiber-optic data uplink and digital coaxial nodes. Upon completion, the 467,000-square-foot campus will comprise four mid-rise office buildings and eight one-story office/service buildings, as well as a hotel, restaurant, putting green, nature walk and fitness center.
