Design
Creekside Plaza, at 6 stories, and 94,000 sf, is the tallest
building in the City of Frederick, and the tallest building
to be built on Carroll Creek. It is a true mixed use high-rise
in the heart of historic Frederick, with one level of creekside
retail, 3 levels of office, and 2 levels of 10 luxury condominiums.
The uniqueness of the design, lies in the fact that the old
and new were blended together to create a rich contemporary
building, while maintaining a tradition design. Elements such
as cornices, key stones, and historic masonry detailing highlight
the building. The building has extensive custom architectural
pre-cast and intricately detailed masonry, and glass curtain
wall systems.
