This project involved selective demolition and the re-use of an existing building to create a multi-tenant strip retail building. The original structure on the site was a 59,700 SF Hechinger Hardware store, which had been vacant for 10 years. The project required the demolition of the front half of the building and the construction of a new façade to create a 31,200 SF multi-tenant retail building. A second structure, approximately 10,300 SF +/-, was also built on the site to complete the retail center.
