Trammell
Crow Company
Dorsey Run Industrial Center is a 613,000 square foot state-of-the-art
distribution facility to serve the Baltimore-Washington region.
Trammell Crow Company completed land development of the sixty-acre
site, constructed one-third mile of Dorsey Run Road, a major
collector road, and preserved a ten acre wooded stream valley
in a conservation area. The tilt-up concrete building with cross-dock
loading was completed in 2006. |
