Grooming Tomorrow’s Leaders
The “Developing Leaders” program targets young professionals involved with or interested in entering the local commercial real estate industry. The membership, which provides the complete spectrum of benefits and services available to the general membership, is open to individuals 35 years of age and under at a reduced annual cost.
One of the most attractive benefits of “Developing Leaders” is the opportunity for young professionals to network with, meet and glean information from real estate industry veterans from the development and service provider group. The interaction is positive from both sides as both the younger and the more seasoned members can look at things with a new perspective.
The annual cost to become a “Developing Leader” is $175.00
“The continued success of any association or organization is attracting new blood to the group that can inject fresh ideas and unbridled energy. This program is an ideal way to bring young professionals to NAIOP-Maryland, so we can continue the traditions, activities and important work of our chapter to the benefit of the entire real estate industry,” explained Dianna Wilhelm, NAIOP-Maryland membership chair.
