Full Cycle Real Estate - Level I

As part of its ongoing commitment to its members, the Maryland Chapter of NAIOP is pleased to offer Full Cycle Real Estate - Level 1, a five-session educational series targeted at real estate professionals wishing to increase their knowledge of the industry.

Leading industry executives will instruct five two-hour classes targeting specific areas of commercial real estate. Real world experience and relevant case studies will amplify the value of the course materials! This education series will benefit real estate professionals at all levels and grant you unprecedented access to the commercial real estate industry's top executives. Six CE credits will be given if you attend all five sessions.

Registration is limited to the first 25 registrants and is guaranteed to fill up fast. This is an event all your colleagues will want to attend. So what are you waiting for? Beat them to the punch before they even hear about it.

Description

Each year, NAIOP-Maryland offers a five-part “Full Cycle Real Estate -Level I” program that comprehensively covers a wide range of industry topics including financing, asset/property management, leasing and investment principles. Experienced commercial real estate professionals serve as our instructors and six Maryland Continuing Education credits are awarded for the successful completion of the session.

This education series benefits real estate professionals at all levels and grants unprecedented and individual access to top executives in the local commercial real estate industry. The curriculum is ideal for individuals interested in a broad overview of the commercial real estate sector, or it can be used as a refresher course for more seasoned executives.

Location

Full Cycle Real Estate - Level 1 will be held at 135 National Business Parkway, Annapolis Junction, MD in the National Business Park. Strategically located, the facility provides for state of the art classrooms, break rooms and the appropriate audiovisual technology.
