Matt Laraway, CBRE
Matt Laraway is widely recognized as the consummate professional who consistently exudes integrity, professionalism, and transparency. An integral member of the CBRE Transaction and Advisory Services team, he specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial/warehouse properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Laraway began his commercial real estate industry more than 25 years ago as brokerage professional, spent approximately 10 years as a Partner for a major commercial real estate development company, and pivoted back to his brokerage roots two years ago.
A current NAIOP Board member and past president of the local SIOR chapter, he has represented the interests of many of the nation’s top institutional owners including Prologis, USAA Real Estate and First Industrial Realty Trust.
