Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President of Hill Management Services, has been elected to the NAIOP Maryland Board of Directors for a three-year term. NAIOP Maryland is comprised of more than 370 professionals working for real estate development companies, brokerage firms and affiliated companies such as financial institutions, brokerage firms and affiliated companies.
Ms. Beyrodt has more than 20 years of progressive commercial real estate experience and has been a member of NAIOP Maryland since 1999. In her role as Vice President – Leasing and Acquisitions for Hill Management Services, she supervises the marketing and leasing of Hill’s office, warehouse/flex and retail portfolio, handling lease negotiations and evaluating potential land and asset purchase opportunities. Ms. Beyrodt is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and a past board member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) – Baltimore.
