Danielle Schline, Vice President, Market Officer for Prologis, has been named to the Board of Directors for NAIOP Maryland, a local commercial real estate association with more than 390 members. She has more than fourteen years of commercial real estate experience and has been a member of NAIOP Maryland since 2014.

In her capacity as Vice President, Market Officer for the Prologis Baltimore/Washington market, Schline is responsible for all facets of an eight million square foot real estate portfolio, including operations, leasing and asset management. She joined the company in 2012 after previously holding brokerage positions with Manekin, Preston Partners and Cushman & Wakefield.

Schline is a member of the NAIOP Maryland Community Service committee and directed activities to attract sponsorship opportunities to the effort which benefitted the Living Classrooms’ Crossroads School in Baltimore City.

More than 390 professionals are involved in NAIOP Maryland, which is comprised of companies and individuals working in development, investment, construction, brokerage, asset management, finance, architecture, engineering and legal services.
