Brendan Gill, NAIOP Maryland President
Brendan Gill of The MacKenzie Companies has been elected to a two-year term of President of NAIOP Maryland, the local association comprised of more than 380 professionals working for real estate development companies, brokerage firms and affiliated companies such as financial institutions, brokerage firms and affiliated companies.
Other officers are Vince Bagli, Merritt Properties, President-Elect; Vice President; James Lighthizer, Chesapeake Real Estate Group; Vice President; Christopher Nevin, BB&T, Secretary/Treasurer and James Knott, Jr., Immediate Past President.
The board of directors is comprised of Danielle Beyrodt, Hill Management Services; Taylor Fields, Knott Realty Group; John Hermann, Corporate Office Properties Trust; Tom Pilon, St. John Properties; Connie Rhodes, Rhodes Development; Christopher Smith, Saul Ewing; Todd Summerfield, Liberty Property Trust; Rick Williamson, St. John Properties; Matthew Wilson, First Potomac Realty Trust.
NAIOP Maryland was recognized as the 2013 NAIOP “National Chapter of the Year,” was elevated to “Large Size” chapter status this year and is the sixteenth largest chapter in the country.
