Awards of Excellence – Awards Ordering Form

NAIOP Maryland is offering the opportunity for any companies affiliated with a 2018 winning Awards of Excellence project to purchase duplicate glass awards and/or certificates to celebrate their accomplishment. The duplicate award or certificate will include the winning project, the name of the overall winner, as well as the name of the affiliated company.

Duplicate Glass Award:

• Please provide the name of the affiliated company as it should appear on the award.
• Cost: $250 (includes shipping fee)

Certificate:

• Please provide the name of the affiliated company as it should appear on the award.
• Cost: $12 per certificate (includes shipping fee)

Please have all orders submitted by May 31, 2018.
