NAIOP Maryland members and non-members are invited to join us Wednesday, June 22 from 5PM-7PM for an evening of drinks & socializing with industry colleagues at 2455 Banner St. in Port Covington. You’ll be among the first to experience brand-new views of the city that will wow you.
Please join NAIOP Maryland to meet MaryAnne Gilmartin, the newly announced developer of Port Covington, to hear her vision for the future of the waterfront neighborhood. MAG Partners and MacFarlane Partners now lead master planning and development in Port Covington.
Developing Leaders (35 & under) are invited to join us an hour before our happy hour for an exclusive tour of the developing Port Covington. DLs will meet at Rye Street Tavern prior to the tour (starting at 4PM) and must sign a safety waiver to participate. Hardhats will be provided. Pre-registration is required. This event is sold out.
