BALTIMORE, MD (May 20, 2011) – Roger Waesche, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) addressed a group of NAIOP-MD Developing Leaders at a dinner recently held at Tark’s Grill.
Mr. Waesche discussed his views on the commercial real estate industry, the future direction of Corporate Office Properties Trust and how young leaders in the commercial real estate industry should approach their careers. This dinner is one of several held throughout the year that help to offer NAIOP-MD Developing Leaders some insight into the local commercial real estate market as well as offer them the chance to hear first hand from some of the industry’s top executives about their successes and challenges throughout their careers.
Open to individuals 35 years of age and under at a reduced annual cost, the Developing Leaders program targets young professionals involved with or interested in entering the local commercial real estate industry. The membership provides the complete spectrum of benefits and services available to general members, and the group sponsors and organizes Developing Leader-only special events and programming.
