Michael Tait

Michael Tait joined the NAIOP-MD board in January 2023 and immediately took over as Developing Leader Committee Chair. Tait quickly re-energized the DL Committee by increasing the number of young professional members who are actively engaged through networking and educational opportunities. He coordinated building tours of recently completed projects, organized panel discussions with industry experts, and devised a pilot mentoring program.

Active in NAIOP Maryland since 2015, Hayes became Co-chair of the Programs Committee in 2017, assumed sole leadership of the committee two years later and dedicated herself to delivering meaningful programming for commercial real estate professionals. In 2022, Hayes increased her commitment to NAIOP Maryland further when she was elected to the Board of Directors.
