Michael Tait joined the NAIOP-MD board in January 2023 and immediately took over as Developing Leader Committee Chair. Tait quickly re-energized the DL Committee by increasing the number of young professional members who are actively engaged through networking and educational opportunities. He coordinated building tours of recently completed projects, organized panel discussions with industry experts, and devised a pilot mentoring program.

In 2022, Hayes increased her commitment to NAIOP Maryland further when she was elected to the Board of Directors.
