John Hermann, Vice President, Asset Management/Leasing for Corporate Office Properties Trust, has been elected President of NAIOP Maryland. Additional officers include Kate Jordan, Principal, Lee & Associates | Maryland as President-Elect; Sean Doordan, Senior Vice President, Leasing & Acquisitions, St. John Properties as Vice President; and Christopher Nevin, Regional Manager Investment Real Estate, First National Bank as Treasurer. Jim Lighthizer, Principal, Chesapeake Real Estate Group is Immediate Past President.
