NAIOP Maryland members Christina Berzins, Partner, Gaming Division and Acquisitions for St. John Properties and Alex Kopicki, Principal of Solstice Partners and CEO and co-founder of Kinglet, have been named to The Baltimore Business Journal “40 under 40” list, an annual compilation prepared by the local business newspaper. Berzins and Kopicki, who are both 34 years of age, represent the only commercial real estate professionals included in the 2014 listing.
The list recognizes local business and professional leaders who have achieved success and excelled in their industry before the age of 40. The winners will be honored at an awards reception on December 5.
“This honor represents a validation and knowledge that, after co-founding my company just over three years ago at age 30, my peer group and the local business community in general recognizes my efforts as a success,” stated Alex Kopicki. “It is also proof that anyone can chase their dreams and find success, with the proper motivation and work ethic.”
