Baltimore, MD (September 2, 2011) – NAIOP Maryland, the local chapter of the national trade association comprising of commercial real estate professionals, will host its 10th Annual Fall Golf Outing on Monday, September 19 at the Bulle Rock Golf Course in Havre de Grace, Md. Both members and non-members are invited to participate in the “modified Florida scramble” tournament, which begins with a luncheon at noon. After the conclusion of lunch, tee-off time is scheduled for 1 pm, with dinner and the awards ceremony beginning at approximately 5:30 pm. The all-inclusive price for a foursome is $1300.00, which covers greens fees, meals and snacks.
The NAIOP-MD golf tournament will be a “modified Florida scramble” rules. Under this format, the foursome of golfers are instructed to play the one best shot following each stroke, with each team member then playing from that spot. However, the same player’s shot may not be utilized on two consecutive shots.
NAIOP Maryland is recruiting corporations and organizations to sponsor a number of golfing opportunities and activities at the tournament including: hole sponsorships; 19th hole and dinner, snack carts and lunch.
